Gold yellow with reflections of beautiful copper color. This wine develops a fine, elegant and long-tasting mousse as you pour it in the glass. It’s a nice white “softy foamy” blanket.
It opens up on light, gorgeous toasty nose with hints of praline and marzipan over a core of white peaches and spiced apple slices. As you go, citrus notes with lots of freshness come into play. The complexity of this wine is enhanced by its freshness and iodized scent. The spice become a bit more precise and show a mix of white pepper and herbaceous flavors.
A delicate effervescence on the first mouth, as always. It’s bone dry with a very approachable acidity balanced by wonderfully evolved nutty flavors and fine frisky bubbles, finishing with great length. Overall the sapidity is present throughout the taste of the wine and combines wells with all the aromas of spices, apple and some very light, red fruits like pomegranate. The length is simply extraordinary and will reveal hints of mint leaves in the end.
